In hands-free mode, is it true it takes 3 minutes for the water to turn off?
    ByMay 29, 2026
    1 Answer |
    Answer This Question

If you don't turn it off, yes. So if you want to fill a sink or pot, it will turn off after 3 minutes. If you wave at it again, it will turn off immediately.

How good is the non sensor faucet

      Answer This Question

How do you disassemble the head completely? Removing the aerator alone does not give access to the small spray nozzles, and soaking in vinegar/CLP is not sufficient to remove buidup from them.
      ByMar 29, 2026
      1 Answer |
      Answer This Question

The aerator and the check valve are the only parts in the faucet that can be removed. If you are still having water flow issues after checking and cleaning these parts, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance on getting a replacement faucet head. https://biobidet.com/pages/contact

          Great motion sensor
I bought this about a month ago and my Son installed today and I love it!! The sensor works great and so does sprayer. My Son didn't have a hard time installing even though my existing faucet was about 30 years old.

Look good and working fi e
I purchased and installed this Flow faucet about a week ago, and so far I'm very impressed. The faucet has a clean, modern look and feels sturdy and well-made. Installation was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. The pull-down sprayer works smoothly, and the water pressure is excellent. The handle is easy to operate. After a week of daily use, it is working flawlessly and has been a great addition to my kitchen. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it.

The hot water is on the left and the cold water is on the right totally oposite what all american faucet. I called and emailed the company I was told that's how they manufature them in Korea and nothing they could do about how they manufacture it. I was kind of upset about it because I already hooked up and I was not about to take it back and on top of that the line is so short I end up buying 2 extensions to hookup the hot and cold line. The company did not offer any solution. It's my first and last time that I buy their brand.

Very nice for a plastic faucet!
’m unsure if it’s generational or what but I guess I just expect a professional kitchen faucet to be made out of actual metal, rather than plastic. I guess at the end of the day, they’re all made out of plastic now, and really, with the flex that’s in the “stainless steel” sink, I guess there’s not much chance of it not flexing anyways. They’ll likely just print a house to live in before too long The faucet is attractive, even with the chrome on stainless. I purchased it on sale for $50 and they were out of the brushed nickel, which I thought would look better, but since they’re just plating over plastic, I guess it doesn’t matter much anyways. The plated plastic is attractive and cleans easily, but it feels cheap when you use the faucet, and with the water we have from tap, I highly doubt this will be functional beyond the 5 year limited warranty anyways. At the “regular price” of $114.00, I would suggest finding another product, but I guess even in the $100+ range you’d still be purchasing plastic, it would just be about twice as painful. I’m not going to hold the bar too high because the faucet it replaced was also plastic. Besides cleaning easily, and being attractive, the install is relatively easy, with good, COMPLETE, directions in a booklet with reference images and written in clear, concise, English. It’s apparent that at least some forethought went into the design and the majority of the headaches have been reworked on this faucet vs the previous, to where I genuinely only truly needed a Phillips screw stick and a crescent wrench for the install. Plus the same + a pair of vice grips to remove the previous fixture. Everything else was included, and I didn’t even have to make a quick trip to the Depot for an extra sealant or tool, or hose. That was much appreciated. You basically stab it, tighten it, hook up your water lines and turn it on. I’m choosing to rate it a 4 because of the plastic, but if compared to others in its class, and especially at the $50 sale price, you’d be lucky to find a better value. I guess we’ll see how long it takes our Texas water to either eat through or totally obstruct the plastic spray head, so wish me luck.

I purchased this faucet before. After a week the hot water wouldn’t come on when the knob was turned. After a couple attempts to get working I returned it. The return process was so easy. I purchased the faucet again and it’s working fine.

I installed this faucet about a month ago and so far I am very pleased. The quality and value seem very good. It looks great and performs well. My only wish was that the bottom plate was slightly larger to cover up some bad spots that were under the old faucet plate that couldn’t be buffed out. But overall, I highly recommend it.

                Great kitchen faucet!
I had the same kitchen faucet and after many years of service it needed to be replaced. I found the best price here and I was impressed by how fast it was shipped. The faucet is great and works as advertised. It took me 30 minutes to install. Highly recommended!
