Thank you for your question. Yes, this product is made in the USA.
No. You may be able to put together longer lengths using 3M Super 77 spray adhesive or Gorilla Glue Spray Adhesive. I haven't tried these. The label info says they work with flexible foam or foam, respectively. FutureFoam.com doesn't say ..
Thank you for your question. The product has an average density of 1.5 lb per cubic foot. Firmness is a matter of opinion; some reviewers noted the product is firm and some reviewers noted the product is soft.
Yes, but careful, they don’t put a cover over it which I think is reckless for something that can collect so much dirt
Thank you for your question. There is only one size available. The 3 inch multipurpose foam comes in the size of 24 inches wide by 72 inches in length and 3 inches in thickness. You can purchase multiple pieces to meet the size of your needs. To glue the pieces together, we recommend 3M spray adhesive.
I strongly doubt it. I don't think this foam is anywhere near as firm as what you need. It's actually quite soft.
No, I'd say it was medium density. I have used it for lots of projects I have made like a foam lining to a child's play tunnel or as part of a dog bed. I order it frequently because of it's price. Comfortable to sit on, but you will sink in.
Thank you for your question. This is a polyurethane foam which will act like a sponge and absorb water.
Thank you for your question. This type of foam will act like a sponge and will absorb liquids.
I used it to make cushions for indoor window seats and it works very well. (made it three years ago and is holding up well). I am not sure about outside use, but if you don’t leave it out in the rain I imagine it would work
