Easy to install.End location of unit makes it difficult to read.My switch was very hard to turn to desired temperature.my wife could not turn it,so i worked it back and forward a few times to loosen it up a little. That did nothing so I slightly increased the space between the knob and the unit. That helped greatly, but in doing that, and working it forward and back, the numbers wore off the knob.In previous reviews I had read ,this happens a lot.I called the number on the instructions booklet. When they finally answered,I was asked where i got the number; After that I was told that the knob was my problem and to call a number he gave me.The nice man charged me a total of 28 dollars. So much for service. Now it works good

I ordered 2 heaters and 2 thermostats; one of the thermostats in the original order didn't work, so I had to order a replacement. Eventually my electrician got it all working.
