Will this fit a 10’4” garage? Can the legs be lengthened?
It may be just a little short. With the provided extension feet that come with the unit it allows it to work for a max ceiling height of 10' 3 3/16".
How wide are stairs
The steps are 13 1/4" wide, 3 1/8" and there is a 2.5" space between the ladder and door to make sure there is enough space for foot placement once you get closer up to the door.
Can the installation of these stairs be modified to fit a floor to ceiling height of only 7’-6,” which is 2.5” under the minimum specified height of the product?
No, it cannot. Cutting it for a smaller ceiling height than is specified will leave the bottom section too short with not enough support.
