A: I don't know pigmy goats but the hole spacing is plenty small and I would think the light gauge is still metal they couldn't chew through. The netting will not help a sagging fence however. Stretch both and make sure to have posts at recommended spacing would be my best guess for your fencing.

A: To keep it from sagging I ran a double stand of fence wire on the top of the mesh, I then used hog rings to fasten them together.

A: The hexagon opening measures 1 in from top wire to bottom wire. It could measure up to 2 in from corner to corner since the net is weaved and stretchable. Therefore, some small size bird might still get in. I will suggest the hardware cloth for your project. Hardware Cloth is a welded wire fence, so the mesh size is fixed.

A: It's not hard at all. The wire is very easy to shape. It can be fastened on wood post by fence staples, tire on metal post.

A: It will not go perfectly straight, unless there is quite a bit of support on the sides but it is quite sturdy and easy to unroll. I just walked on it on a flat surface and it would hold flat pretty well.

Large quantity for a low price

Shopped around for wire I wanted to put on the bottom of a raised bed and settled on this brand. The 1 inch holes offer more overall support than the 2 inch I previously used around my yard. It was the greatest quantity for the least money. I had to wait several days for it to be shipped to the store though due to it not being kept in stock. It worked perfectly for my need and I’ll also use it with bamboo stakes to go around some of my smaller fruit bushes. I’m most happy that I got 150 feet of it so that I can use it for lots of projects. Good quality, and a good amount for a good price. If you can wait for the product, this is a good buy!
