Had purchased this Ipe composite decking for a 8'x32' deck on the front of my house back when this product was under the Fiberon name. Product was expensive back then but looked great and has held up well so I decided to use the product again on a 10'x25' deck on the shop. Now it is under the Concordia name and it is still expensive but it would appear the quality has gone down hill in respect to aesthetics on this composite decking. I expect the new material will hold up just as well as the old as the construction looks to the same as the older product I have, however the look the the new product does to match the quality of the old. This is a custom order product so returns are not accepted and the sample did not give me a good representation of what a plank looks like....the 12" sample section I ordered looked close enough to the old but when I received the full plank the difference was obvious. Color is not nearly as varied, color streaking is not clean but rather blotchy and a good number of the planks I received had noticeable linear blotch lines. I am also planning a 16'x40' deck on the back of the house and would have loved to use this decking again to keep everything uniform but I am now looking for an alternate material to use as the order I received just did not look as good as the older product. Maybe it was just the batch I received but I am not willing to drop another chunk of change to confirm if that was the case. Very dissapointed overall with this purchase.

These boards are very expensive they should be wrap with covering better so none of the product gets damaged. I had to hand select what side to use.Good thing both sides are the same. The product is very nice, lots of good comments on the material. Everyone loves my new Fiberon Ipe deck.

I installed this product for the first time. Easy to install by yourself, looks great, and is as advertised. No nails, little waste, and only time will tell how well it looks years from now. This was a special order and expensive compared to look a like products. It's two sided and has extra engineering compared to the less expensive stuff.

The decking was to measure 6" but was shy of...
The decking was to measure 6" but was shy of 5 1/2 so I needed to buy more to finish project. It is slippery when wet and has several blemishes in it. Not a great value.
