Paramount PVC Decking Board

Overall, a very good product to work with. We used the screw and plug method versus the clips and found it relatively easy to work with as long as every hole is pre-drilled. We did this because we wanted a wider gap between the boards than the clips allowed. We have a high debris situation, and the deck is easier to keep swept with wider gaps. There were only two challenges. First, it must be ordered off the internet for delivery to the store, with no further delivery allowed. We ordered 20' lengths and had to convince the store that it was in all of our best interests to actually do a delivery. Second, the boards are relatively flexible, so you are best served to use 12" support structure centers versus the recommended 16". The recommended supply of screws is excessive, so don't open boxes in advance since they can be returned. Be sure to order a couple of extra boards if there is anything complex about your deck.

Solid. Slip resistant.

It’s just been put down, so I have no comment on the longevity, or scratching/staining resistance. But it look very nice, went down well, and seems to be very slip resistant as advertised, which is very important to me as an older person. I ran into major problems getting certain products like the screws and caps from the manufacturer. Didn’t really get any satisfactory resolution.
