A: Hi Stonegate - yes, the fire pit comes with the grilling grate depicted in the product images.
A: Hi, The manufacturer is Fire Sense and you can find the contact information on the warranty page of your owner's manual. Also, you can contact us at email@example.com
A: i wouldn't. it is quite low to the ground, i would be afraid it would damage the wood at a minimum. I'd get some pavers to use under it.
A: Hi, We don't recommend using the fire pit on a wood deck. The embers can fall on the wood causing a fire or damaging the wood.
A: I have no idea whether you could or not, but why would you? That sounds dangerous. I would suggest you use this for its intended purpose - as a fire pit. I burn wood logs in mine and have enjoyed it a lot. Great for s'mores! However, you could use charcoal bricks in it, and use the included cooking grid, if you want to BBQ with it.
A: You may not be able to fit a propane tank under it however you can convert it from a wood burning fire pit to a propane burning one very easily. Look up EasyFirePits and check out their Gas Connection Kits and Marine Grade Stainless Steel Gas Burner Rings! Straight forward parts that assemble in minutes with slight modification to the pit itself. Also a good amount of tricks and tips as well as Q&A that clears up any confusion about the gas conversion process.
A: Hi, This unit is intended just for wood burning.
