    A:  If this is a new product then we recommend to perform the flushing of the fill valve as stated in the troubleshoot section of the installation guide. This will help get rid of any debris that may be obstructing the seal or filter from letting water pass through. This is common with new installations as the debris comes from your pipes.       A:  You will either have to measure the hole at the bottom of the tank or you can measure the flapper diameter as it covers the hole at the bottom of the tank.           A:  This means that the seal may need to be replaced. It's a 242 seal or replacing the fill valve with a 400 series as the 200 is no longer in production for the US or Canada market.             ALMOST universal
            works but nut for the base of the fill valve was made with wings that I assume helps give torque to tighten it, but makes the nut too big to use with my American Standard toilet. Thankfully the old nut was the same threading so I could reuse it. The old nut (black) is 45mm wide the new nut is 50mm and doesnt work. This thing works but why not just make it a nut without the wings? This replaced the same product from about 3 years ago. I dont know what the expected life of these is but I expected more out of it than 3 years.

              Leaking problem
              According to my plumber this is a mediocre item but right after installation we both noticed it dripping for a long while after flushing. The plumber asked me to use it for a few days and it gets worse. Eventually I minimize the dripping problem to a point where I cannot hear it, but the leak still exists. So don't recommend this.
