Overall, this is a Very Good product! It replaces ALL the internal mechanism of an older (pressure assist) toilet. Home Depot's price, availability, and delivery were terrific (5-stars, if only graded on their own portion of the sale). Unfortunately, I had to give 4-stars to the overall purchase, because of the difficulty I have been experiencing with getting the new Flushmate assembly to seal (between the pressure-vessel and the porcelain components of the toilet). Also, once I pulled the original pressure-vessel out of the toilet tank (and examined it more closely), I discovered that the ONLY thing wrong with it was a (replaceable) rubber-seal (internal to the original pressure vessel), which was crumbling (slowly allowing the pressure to leak from the vessel). Had I been able to acquire and replace this seal, I am sure it wouldn't have been necessary to replace the entire assembly. (Unfortunately, this is another example to show how manufacturers favor disposing complete products, rather than allowing well-designed products to be maintained for a much longer life-cycle. It's no wonder that our dumps are growing at alarming rates.)

Exact fit!
The original unit was discontinued and found this to be the exact substitute. It was easy to install and fit exactly the way instruction said.

beware of catastophic failure
We totally loved this at my office until after 4 years it started running, like an open valve one day. Left for lunch and after 30 minutes being gone, my 2000 sqft office was flooded wall to wall and deep. These work well, but if you install one, install a water supply emergency self shut off, like the ones they have for washing machines. Thousands of dollars later in clean up things were hind sight. Otherwise a good product.
