Has anyone used these to move doors?

In general, Forearm Forklifts consist simply of two heavy duty, wide straps that help two persons lift heavy bulky items. They enable two people to lift an item that could still be lifted just by the two people, but the straps center the weight on your body to make the job easier. On your body. So the load feels lighter. It’s not lighter! The weight is dispersed!

Yeah, if it’s wide enough. Would probably have to interlock the two straps in the middle underneath and wrap them up around your arm. You’d probably be better off with a hand truck or dolly if there aren’t stair

The “fabric” is like seatbelts but of strapping rather than cloth. So long as they are intact, they should do the job for you!

I would suggest keeping it in two separate moves with drawers and shelves out to lighten your load. Then reassemble in place. Get a guy to help you because you don’t want to damage your piece; a female may be able to do it, but give her a break on this one! ;)

If it sits on end like a mattress and is strong in that position. I’ve moved lots of big items, but NOT a refrigerator, sofa bed, or piano. Some things you just need some strong friends and muscles to git ‘er done! Use good judgement. You’ll be fine.

I had to move an old refrigerator out of my house and I have hardwood floors that aren’t that hard. Needless to say, I didn’t want to lay down a bunch of plywood over the floor so I could move the appliance. So, I purchased a set of these. They worked very well. It helps id the people using them have a little experience with them but the learning curve is fairly quick. My friend and I were able to move the fridge out without dropping it! Now I have an easy and inexpensive means to move appliances without touching the ground.

A well made product that does the job. The multiple rungs allow for better positioning to suit the situation (climbing stairs etc). A friend and I were able to safely and easily carry an oven (pictured) up two flights of stairs and then remove the old oven down the same stairs within 30 min. I couldn't be happier with this product.

We've got these around 2016. I appreciate they help us to easily move almost every furnishing and especially upright piano we've had to at homes and offices we work in, simple leverage! The only things they don't work well on are certain desks and tables that don't have square or rectangular bases. Because a friend just texted a pic, I asked and found out this co also makes a harness system that he says works for tables and desks too. Please email me the orange harness' link so I can buy them. I searched your site, but couldn't find.

Putting the weight on my forearms is a poor choice in design. I tried to use this to move a safe with a weight of 380 lbs. My lifting partner and I had no control. It was extremely difficult and dangerous.
