No more dusting!
This product was very easy to apply using a garden sprayer. I would spray a section then smooth it with a mop. There was no odor. Very happy!

Hardens
Bought a new home and driveway seemed to be popping up rocks some trash bits and crumbling. Warranty would not do anything so I began research. I found this product and compared it to others along with reading reviews. I wanted a penetrating sealant not just a coating on top and I didn't want to change the appearance. It's not expensive and mixing it with 3gal of water made it enough to generously coat my small driveway. It's water based which I like and dept of transportation uses it too. I applied it and it was easy and dried quickly. I don't see anymore crumbs popping up but it's young yet. It states it lasts years so I hope it works. It seems to be exactly what I needed.

We had a concrete patio and walkways that had gotten rained on shortly after pouring. The concrete didn’t cure correctly due to the amount of water that had rained on it. This caused the concrete to scratch easily and to constantly be chalky/dusting. After two applications of Foundation Armor our patio can finally be enjoyed without getting white dust all over our patio furniture or inside our house.

Easy to use. I mixed it with three gallons of water in a five gallon pail and used a broom to sweep it on my poured paver driveway. It took two gallons of Foundation Armor + 6 gallons of water to coat a 100' long driveway.

Here in MIAMI we get lots of rain and lots of mold and mildew. Over the years I've had to pressure wash all my cement (2400 sqft) twice a year to rid the mold and mildew. This year I treated all the cement with Foundation Armor's S2000 and after a few months I can see I'm glad I did. The cement dries faster and still looks like the day I pressure cleaned it. S2000 will save me a few days a year of hard labor. Money well spent!

I purchased S2000 densifier to seal the pores in the concrete basement floor of my 110 year old home. We do not have active leaks, but have a general water vapor leaching issue coming up through the floor.
The product was easy to apply - a little goes a very long way. I applied with a one gallon garden sprayer and evened out the application with a cloth mop. The densifier dried with a slight white haze in some spots, likely do to my imprecise application, but we plan to cover the floor so this is not a problem for us. I am sure with more precise application, the haze could be avoided. I will not know for some time if the product solved all of our water problems, but I have not seen signs of moisture in the month since application.

Power wash than seal!
I love my patio but tired of washing it four times a year. My problems were self inflicted as I love flowers in pots and do a lot of watering. I use timers for drip irrigation, the results for my patio is a lot of green algae. It's spring here in NJ and I decided to try something new, clean it and seal it. The p[atio looks better, before it looked like concrete now it looks more like finished stone.

Works Great!
The surface of my son's concrete was dusting after he poured it and let it dry. I ordered the sealer/hardener and sprayed it on. I was able to get 3 good coatings out of the gallon. It stopped the dusting.
