Product Overview

Looking for a small garden that delivers on looks, functionality and flexibility? This two-level raised garden bed has got you covered. As pictured, your 11-inch-high raised garden gives you lots of depth to grow both underground veggies like carrots, radishes and turnips, as well as tall plants like tomatoes, corn or sunflowers. With 16 square feet of available planting area this is a great starter garden for you to build on. Your kit comes with everything you need except the soil and plants. Each modular kit includes eight of our 1” Classic Sienna composite boards, and eight 1” screw-on stacking brackets. The insulating open-channel boards trap air, providing insulation to your soil. Keeps soil warmer in the Spring and Fall, and cooler in the Summer, so you can grow for an extended period. Stacking brackets allow you to install the second layer of your garden just by inserting the stakes into the brackets below. Our patented screw-on brackets simply slide onto each end of a board and fasten securely with screws. Stacking Brackets pivot 270 degrees, allowing endless design options. Want a diamond shape instead of a square? No problem, simply adjust the angles on opposing sides. Planning to grow flowers that don’t need the additional depth of an 11-inch-high garden? You can convert your kit into two 5.5-inch-high raised beds, increasing your available planting are to 32 square feet.
  • Easy to install
  • Classic Sienna composite boards feature textured wood-grain finish that blends into any environment
  • Limited lifetime (registration required) / 5-year warranty (no registration required)
  • Food grade safe composite boards are made from 38% HDPE plastic and 62% certified sustainably sourced wood fibers
  • Low maintenance - unlike cedar, boards will not rot, warp, splinter or fade
  • Minimal Tools required

This an overall good and easy to set up product. When using a hammer I suggest using a rubber or padded mallet to hammer because it is a hard plastic and can be broken if hit really hard.

In general, the Fame It All border is superior to all other options I've looked at and is comparable in total cost. They have changed their bracket attachment method (snap-lock vs screws) which is much easier to put together. Until, that is, you have a short piece at a corner or at an end. Then you have to precisely drill two 5/8" holes in a shortened board. Also they do not provide any extra plugs. And, because these plugs are small, they are easily lost in the grass. You end up having to use screws anyway.

It's easy to put together but can be a little wonky. Once it's in place it's great. I prefer the recycled plastic since it'll last longer than wood. It's my third one so I'm pretty happy.

4'x4' raised garden bed kit is exactly what we were looking for. Because of a remodel project going on at our house we could only plant a small garden this year and the size is perfect. The quality of the product is also very good and I received it a couple days after placing the order. The little blue windmill my grandson made at Home Depot that you see in the picture makes this perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back to get more next year!

Simple to Put Together, Exactly What I Needed
This was exactly what I needed to attempt my first raised bed garden. If all "grows well", I anticipate I will buy another Frame It All Unit to add to my existing bed for my fall plantings. This was super-easy to put together, and it didn't bow out once I filled it with compost and soil, which was mentioned in some of the other reviews for this product. I would highly recommend this product to gardeners of all levels!

Easy to install
Easy to install, set up make sure your ground surface is as level as you can layout all piece and make sure they are straight so you get the rectangle shape.

Good product for a raised bed garden.
We purchased 2 sets last year and the gardens worked well. We expanded our garden this year with 2 more sets. On one set that we purchased this year, there were some cracks on the end of the boards and one corner piece was cracked. Not sure whether these were due to shipping or poor manufacturing. I was able to put the raised beds together. Used PVC glue on the corner piece. There is a definite difference between the exterior appearance of the boards when comparing last year's sets with this year's sets. The sun does fade the exterior surface. Other than the fading, the raised beds that I built last year are in excellent condition.

Easy to set up, looks great and from recycled materials.
Easy to set up, looks great and from recycled materials. It easily stacks to make deeper beds. I like how it comes in modular units, 1 box has the materials for a 4'x4'x6 " deep bed. This makes to boxes easier to move/manage.
