A:  If you're looking for a small or portable ice maker this thing is great I've had mine for about a year and I've had no problems I do wish it had a water connection it has a holding tank but it is small it fits on my counter

        A:  Yes, the ice will sit in the bucket for quite some time but it will began to melt. when it does the water goes back in the water area to be reused.

            I confess to having low expectations when buying a countertop ice maker. I read the reviews and was pondering. Walked into a hardware store and this one was on sale. I bought it. I can honestly say this is the cutest, most efficient little machine ever. Works like a charm and really really fast. Makes tons of ice really quickly. Large cubes are still small and I might buy designer ice to use at a party in drinks, but for every day use I am delighted.

              Soft, chewable ice!!
              I’ve had this for just a day but I can honestly say nothing but good things about it! I looked for MONTHS, at reviews on sooo many different ice machines in the $700-$200 range, on multiple different websites and this is by far the best one I found. I bough this for my partner who is an avid ice chewer and this produces perfect ice for that! The small setting is chewable (haven’t tried the large yet), however I would recommend putting the finished/made ice into a zip lock bag and giving it a couple hits agains the counter if you’re looking for “soft” ice.. Doing so makes PERFECT “sonic ice”, “crushed ice”, “pellet ice” ect. I bought mine from Visions Electronics in Canada, but I just had to post my review everywhere as I absolutely looove this ice maker!!!
