Does not cool room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased this AC 2/3yrs ago, I thought it was a great purchase. Couple of weeks after I noticed it was not cooling the room down. It was a pretty hot summer so I opt out to not returning the AC. My second summer with the AC I had a similar issue. Right now my AC have been on for 3.5 hours and while I feel the cool air when I walk in front of the AC, my room is not cool. I like in a small NYC apartment. I never registered my product, so I’m not sure if I can get any help but I will love some help.

Summer Lifesaver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I live on the second floor of an old complex without A/C and our living room window faces north which let’s in great sunlight the whole day. We love that but airflow is still and stuffy. This portable R2-D2 was so easily to install and to operate. It’s as loud as any regular oscillating fan so we were already used to drowning out the white noise. Have yet to have to clean the filter, but hope it’s just as simple as setting it up.

Excellent design small but powerfull

Powerful - Keeps a room cool and breezy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit has been working for at least 2 summers so far and it still kicks out super cold air and isn't too noisy. The part to hook the hose up to the window is pretty easy to install, though its orientation makes it really only able to be configured with the hose going out the right side of your window. I'd prefer if I had the option to flip it around, but for the best seal it seems to work as intended with the hose on the right side. Overall, happy with this purchase!

Very powerful

And it goes will with my funtiure too.

Doesn't last long
I bought this roughly a year ago, and it worked for the most part. It didn't seem to be too cold, but now, no matter how many times it's drained or how often it's cleaned, it blows out warmer air. My house is older and doesn't have central air or reliable windows, so I was hoping this would last longer for how much money it cost. I even have 2 of these in my house!!

Please bear in mind if your room is very hot and humid, it may produce a lot of moisture. I recommend installing your room air conditioner on the shady side of your home. A window that faces north is best because it is shaded most of the day, which may help reduce some of the moisture. Also, keep blinds and drapes in other windows closed during the sunniest part of the day.

Unit does not work properly
I brought this unit about 2 weeks ago and it don’t cool off my room even at night. I have the unit going and to fans going at the same time and my room will still be hot!! I’m not understand what’s wrong..... I would not recommend this unit to others!!

Be sure you have it properly vented outdoors and you are using cool mode with a high fan speed for best cooling performance.
