The window is not perfectly round. This is not noticeable...
The window is not perfectly round. This is not noticeable to the eye, but must be considered when making trim pieces. The crating was professional and the window arrived all the way to Hawaii undamaged.

beautiful window, but not complete
Just a note to buyers, this is a wonderful window, however be aware that it does not come with the interior casing trim. I have purchased round, oval and arch top windows in the past, and they typically come with, or at least have the option to add, the interior casing trim. When I tried to get a price on the interior casing from Frontline, they wanted over $250 for the casing! That is absurd. This is already a pricy window, the interior trim should be included. (And the trim is not available from Home Depot either)

You purchased our 2424RD4CLIGWH model (24 in. x 24 in. Round White 4-9/16 in. Jamb Geometric Aluminum Clad Wood Window), but the information you provided indicates that you may have wanted the 2424RD4CLIG2TWH model (24 in. x 24 in. Round White 4-9/16 in. Jamb 2-1/4 in. Interior Trim Geometric Aluminum Clad Wood Window) or the 2424RD4CLIG3TWH model (24 in. x 24 in. Round White 4-9/16 in. Jamb 3-1/2 in. Interior Trim Geometric Aluminum Clad Wood Window).
The Home Depot carries our full line of geometric windows in all colors, with and without interior trim variations. We know that not everyone wants trim, but we also know that others want a choice of trim size. The window you purchased also comes in two other configurations, with interior trim in 2-1/4 inch or 3-1/2 inch sizes, as specified with the model numbers above.
So you see, we do make geometric windows with and without trim, and they are all available on The Home Depot so you can have the window you really want!
