How clear is this... is it window glass clear.??

Yes I got this sorta by mistake. I am so glad. It is thick and clear. I taped it to my really old windows in the back of my home. And to seal across my skylight in the bathroom. It's working amazingly. For years I was using clear drop cloth plastic. Never again.

if applying outside, heavy duty duct tape. if applying inside use double face tape around the window frame, apply film and then trim.

Could this be used as a temporary replacement for a back car glass?

We do not do a flame spread test on this product since it is used for either making window insulation kits or for covering items

Use this every year to cover the exterior older drafty windows on my house. Saves me substantialy, on my electric heating bill! Along with the frost king tape and a simple staple gun! Would highly recommend this as it's good quality clear plastic, so the pets and the family can still see outside.

I received it folded in half. Then in a roll. When I put it up on my porch, the wind split it right down the seam. This is not a high wind area of the country. I would not buy again
