Sound control for a short bathroom door!
I prepped the bottom of the door w rubbing alcohol and the adhesive strip stuck super well! Love that it’s clear. My bathroom is basing my kitchen so I’m glad to minimize noises in there by closing the large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor.

Fixed Drafty Door
The Frost King Patio Door Weather-strip was the heaviest and most durable I was able to find locally. It completely fixed the draft and dust issue we we were having through the poorly hung door with a huge gap that leads in and out of our garage. I read through the reviews here before installing it and collectively took the advice of others into consideration, as well as making some modifications of my own. Thus far, this weather-strip has has worked out great, and our draft and dust issue has been resolved.
For installation First, I prepped the door by cleaning it with rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt and oils. Second, I heated the weather-strip with a blow-dryer to flatten it out and make it more soft and pliable. Third, I placed it on the edge of the door where I wanted it to lay, made sure everything was covered as I wanted, then started slowly pulling off the sticky tape backing as I went, pressing down firmly on the exposed area. Fourth, when I reached the bottom of the door I secured the end of it by tucking it behind the door sweep (I unscrewed/reattached the end of it). Fifth, I cut off the excess weather-strip with a razor blade level with the door sweep. Sixth, starting at the top of the door, I placed a #18 x 5/8in nail every 4". I did this to try and resolve the issues in the reviews regarding the weather-strip falling off after losing it's tack. Lastly, using a paint pen, I touched up the nail heads with white paint pen. TIP I reheated the weather-strip with the blow-dryer as needed while installing. Pictures attached for reference.

Didn’t stick at all.
The adhesive mostly stuck to the backing. When I finally got it on the door it stayed less than 5 minutes. Its going back to the store.

used on front door instead
draft was coming in through the gaps of my front door and tried everything to get the door even by adjusting the hinges, but somehow it still has gaps and i could feel air coming in through the gaps. this was an easy solution for that. i dont know how long the adhesive strip would last as it seems like it's not strong enough to hold. i did use a hammer's handle to press unto it to stick it.

I installed this weather stripping on two patio doors. It worked well for about three months before the adhesive strip peeled off of the plastic weather stripping. It did not peel off of the door frame (although that is also starting to slip off), but actually peeled off of the weather stripping that it was adhered to in the factory. The same thing happened on both doors. This product is completely useless! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
