Awesome Sprayer!
Really great tool! Powerful sprayer. I sprayed my bathroom walls using only the 1.3mm tip. I thinned the latex paint to 25%, matched the viscosity to 30secs with the viscosity cup and removed the air valve per Fuji instructions. Turned out great. No blocks in the tip at all. Gun cleans easily. Would recommend using a PPS cup system, makes cleanup even easier. Can’t wait to use again. Spend the extra money and get this sprayer system, you won’t be disappointed!

Best Home Sprayer
I purchased this sprayer to paint my cabinets, doors and wainscoting while remodeling my home. It has worked perfectly. Very easy to use and covers the surface very well. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend. I won’t be doing any further painting projects without using it. In fact, we just purchased our son a used car and I will be using the sprayer to repaint it.

Purchased this rig to paint a boat I built with two part urethane marine paint. The setup and settings are simple, intuitive and easy to master. I researched several mid range HVLP rigs because I don’t paint all the time but didn’t want a total junk unit. The Fuji Spray Semi Pro 2 kept popping up as a great value and quality option so I took the leap of faith. I practiced with some heavy exterior latex based paint because the urethane paint at $250+ per gallon is not something I wanted to do a first time test with. The latex (with proper thinning and tip size) came out amazing with a little practice. There is definitely a learning curve but doesn’t take long to figure out the sweet spot for paint volume, pattern, and distance to the paint surface. If you are like me, you are not a professional painter and I highly recommend watching multiple YouTube videos for tips and advice on using an HVLP system. All in all, I am very happy with the quality and performance of this machine and can’t wait to spray lacquer finish on my other woodworking projects.

Pressure
This sprayer does not put out enough pressure to spray lacquer finish. Don't know what to do.

Quality HVLP system
The Fuji Semi-Pro2 spray system arrived as scheduled and in good condition. The hose is a bit stiff but the spray gun is easy to handle and the spray adjustments worked well for applying sealer and top coats on the interior of newly built cabinets.
