Useful and Practical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess that having a surge protector that fits into tight spaces with the added bonus of an audible alarm is a great idea. Putting one behind an appliance with only lights as indicators is useless if you cannot see them. That being said, I am using mine in the living room with my laptop plugged into it. As it is a living room, I do not want a multi-outlet power strip on display. I spend a lot of time on the laptop and the surge protector gives me added peace of mind. I have lost an appliance in the past due to an electrical surge and do not wish to do so again! The device fits tightly to the wall and I am still able to use the second outlet. The only thing that concerns me is there is no indicator light to let you know if it is actually working or not. Also, I won't know until there is a power surge how effective it is. However, based on the brand and other favorable reviews, I am confident that I have made the right choice.

It will issue a loud audible alarm if the device encounters its maximum cumulative lifetime protection by design. Then would be time to install a new one. All, good for me.

Works great for single plug surge protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great for a single plug surge protector. Certainly it is no frills but it really gets the job done. I needed surge protection on a mounted tv plugged into a single plug. This worked perfect for what I needed at a great price.

Single surge protector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the smallest surge protector that I've ever seen. It only has one outlet and will work great with appliances or other electronics that are alone. And it's less messy than using a standard power strip. What I did noticed was most power surges have an indicator light which this is lacking. It only has a audible alarm if it fails.
