I bought the set because I thought it has discount...
I bought the set because I thought it has discount because it was in the clearance section but I found out that the price it has marked is the regular price, does not have have any discount after all.

Packaging is too stabby stabby
Wrenches seem fine, but the packaging was made to frustrate any human. Opening a tool should not require power tools.

Practical and comprehensive set
This is small enough I can keep in the truck so that it’s with me when and where I need it. It has a couple duplicate bits which I swapped in I think a T27, an adapter bit, and a socket adapter. With those things this covers all ratchet and screwdriver needs. The Knipex pliers wrench cover any open end wrench/adjustable wrench need. No case, no big deal. Bought 2 Husky 1/4” socket strips and this Milwaukee bag from HD. Perfect size and setup now.

Great set!
Works great it tight spaces.
Very well made.
These are small tools, don't abuse them like your 1/2" breaker bar.
Wish it came with a storage case.
Anyone have a storage box solution?

Awesome bit ratchets
For the price you can't beat this GW 55 PC bit set. It comes with a long and short bit ratchet, both SAE & Metric sockets and most common bit sizes. Overall nice set. I wish it came with storage case & flex pins on ratchets are tiny, can't over torque!

Nice tools
I have been very happy with all of my Gearwrench products. They are strong well built tools. This 1/4 in. Drive 6-Point SAE/Metric Slim Flex-Head Ratchet and Socket Mechanics Tool Set (55-Piece) is no exception. The ratchets are a different looking than most. But I'm sure they work fine. Two things I don't really like about this set is it doesn't come with a case so all the sockets are loose. And the ratchets need an adapter to put the socket on. It comes with two adapters. I guess you have to have it that way to use the bit set it comes with. And without a case they will probably get lost. I keep them in the ratchet when not in use but it's just a matter af time before they go missing.

good sizes
This is a very useful selection of metric and SAE sockets and bits. There are two ratchets,long and short, both have flexible locking heads. There is an extension as well. the kit includes an assortment of drive bits in metric/inch/torx and square sizes. Although there is no case for the ratchets and sockets there is a small box for the bits. There is a belt clip on the driver box but I don't think the bits would remain inside were it dropped and the lid were to open.

Great for close-in spaces!
I left my 1/4" sockets at a recent job, so I got gthese to replace them. I was really surprised at the versatility of this set. It may seem a little strange at first, having to use an adaptor to fit your socket on, but that really opens this tool up for lots of versatity! How many times have you found yourself with about 1" space to get a screw out? Well, with this socket you can get-r-done real easy! It is prenmium quality, with a lifetime waranty, too. The only gripe I have is that they included a plastic case for the different bits, but there are no holders for the adaptor needed to use sockets. I just place it in the bits case when I don't use it.

Great compact socket set
This compact ratchet and socket set is compact enough to fit almost anywhere and yet the useful range of tools can tackle most jobs that need sockets or drivers. My set is stored in the trunk of my car ready for many emergency repairs.
The chrome finish is tough and sockets and drivers shows no sign of wear after several uses, so I anticipate that this set will have a long and useful life.
