Shower head
We got this to modify our spare shower for my wife’s grandad to use while sitting down. The hose line and shower head allows the shower to be used sitting down comfortably - you can change everything you need to and have several options for changing the pressure settings. I like the matte black finish. Everything seems well made and the kit comes with the regulator so you can switch out the existing hardware

Love it!
At first I wasn't quite sure if it was going to go well with my bathroom. However this is some top notch stuff. It was simple to assemble. I did require a bit of help. I'm not a plumber by trade so I asked a friend to give me a hand to ensure that we would be able to put it propoerly. It ended up working out great. Had all the parts to it. I do recommend though if you're going to change an entire set up you should put them all in place prior to the installation. Handle was awesome and the water pressure was amazing.

Awesome Bathroom Fixture!
This is a very elegant and rich looking shower faucet! The chrome finish has a nice classic shower fixture appearance. The product is packaged nicely with plenty of protection to avoid any damage in delivery. Installation might be a touch tricky for the new homeowner. I think most weekend warrior DIY homeowners shouldn’t have issues. The faucet has several different spray patterns with plenty of pressure! The faucet has a lot of different capabilities with angling the spray direction, which is nice for smaller showers. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a shower upgrade!!

Super easy to install modern shower system
These fixed shower head with handheld shower sets are fantastic! The fixed shower head mounts to the fitting inside the wall - just like a regular shower head. The kit comes with the pipe and bezel, so you don't have to use the old parts. You should use the new parts, since they match the rest of the set. The shower head has multiple settings, which is controlled by the tab (turns side to side). On the side of the shower head is the diverter valve. This directs the water to the shower head or the handheld. There's a hose that attaches from the diverter to the handheld. The shower head also has a docking port for the handheld. The handheld unit also has multiple spray pattern settings.
The hose is matte black and a rubbery material. I would've liked to have a black stainless steel hose, but I think this one will work fine.
The set comes with a valve, escutcheon and handle. Since this set works off an existing shower set up, you can use your old valve. If you would like to have everything match, you will need to change the valve. Most times, a valve change requires breaking into the wall behind the shower. So, if you don't want to break into the wall, use your existing shower valve and hardware.
The valve is made of solid brass. It has a good feel and the quality looks excellent. The escutcheon plate is well made and the handle has a good feel. Remember, there's no diverter in the valve - the diverter is up at the shower head.
When ordering, know that this set is for a shower only installation - it will not work with a bath tub.
I think this is an excellent shower system. The option of using your existing valve is a time saver. If you use your old valve, the shower set can be installed in less than 10 minutes!
It also looks very modern - a nice upgrade to an existing bathroom ... or a great set up for a new or remodeled bathroom!
I highly recommend this shower set.

Great for our second bathroom
Looking for a quick upgrade? This kay be the best bang for you buck. My husband installed the new shower head in our guest bathroom. Installation was a breeze, with no hiccups along the way. Love the detachable handle, since this is the tub we use to wlbathe our dog, and its perfect for that use. The brushed nickel finish matches well with the other handles in the bathroom. Im not one to be picky about my showerhead features, but there are several spray options. The water pressure is great no matter which setting.

Nice set up!
I love the style of these shower heads and valve control ! Easy directions make this install a lot easier than other brands! I would make sure that the water volume will support the need to run these bigger shower heads ! Great Quality and style makes this a great addition to your bathroom! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their bathrooms functionality!

2 in 1 shower heads and valve
This Giving Tree shower set is perfect for every home. The shower heads offer a sleek and modern look for bathroom and walk shower. This head was easy to install. The valve I had a licensed plumber install for me. Everything you need to create your shower of your dreams is included. I found the directions to be lacking if you did not know what you were doing but, the products are perfect for me. I enjoy having the two shower heads pouring down. Use 5-settings overhead shower head and 5-settings hand shower separately or both together. With a simple click you can change back from one to two and back again. Each shower head has 5 different spray patterns allowing you to create the perfect shower. The adjustable ball on the shower easily rotates 360° to point your idea spray angle. They say that they have a customer support to help with installation issues which I did not have to use but, it is helpful. I use both shower heads and the pressure has been better than I expected.

Close but no cigar. Nice box but lacking in details and useless instructions.
So close yet just doesn't hit the mark. The packaging is very nice and the finishes look great. So what's the problem? Several little things gang up to make the final product miss the mark. 1. When will they learn that a half sheet sized instructions with only pictograms that also show several variations that aren't this product and measurements only in CM just don't cut it. The instructions are near useless. 2.They overtightened the collar on the mounting to the main head so that it can't be adjusted and since it is a plastic collar using a tool would undoubtedly mar the finish badly. 3. Using a basic plastic hose to connect the handheld head is not flexible enough and twists so that the handheld will not stay aimed. The hose may relax eventually but it doesn't perform correctly now. 4. The mount to hold the handheld to the fixed head is too loose and won't stay put allowing the hose to move the second head and spray everywhere.
The quality of the casting for the valve and visible finish pieces appears quite good but what good is that when you can't keep the water aimed where you want it. They probably spent a fortune on looks and packaging but tried to save by using a basic hose and not minding the hand fit details. It appears that the diverter switch allows the use of either head individually or both on together but I don't know because of the non-existent instruction page. Had promise but not for me.

Great Quality
This is a nice faucet set. It comes well packaged to prevent damage. The finish brushed nickel coating is spotless and shows the quality manufacturing used by Giving Tree. Note that to install the handle you will need a plumber and want to install while you are doing a bathroom remodel. The other option is just replacing an existing shower head with the shower head and sprayer in this kit. Overall very happy and I can't wait to have it installed next week during my bathroom remodel.

A Great Shower Installation Kit Complete With Valve ~ Beautiful Matte Black Color Really Looks Rich
We got this bathroom shower all in one kit because it had a real rich look and it was such a complete kit even with the valve. Installation was very straight forward with all brass construction valve and the addition of a hand held shower wand. Everything went together pretty easily. I just wish the shower head could be mounted lower rather than up next to the shower head. Otherwise a Great and Beautiful shower system.
