Purchased this fine looking cart thinking, nice! Oh boy, was I ever wrong. When I open the package and saw all the paint blobs, misaligned fence, warped metal (warped, not broken or dented from shipping damage) I have to think this thing was made this way. I have to say, it was pretty easy to put together. The instruction was okay, but it's not rocket science. For almost $300, I think this thing should at least have pieces that fit correctly. OH, and the side fences are not swing fences! you have to take them off, flip them around and hang them by a tab! it's not even swing fences. I was going to call customer service to get the issues taken care of, but I'm not sure if any shipped pieces will be any better. Sadly, I'm going to have to return it back to home depot and make my own.
I called the phone number included in the package for replacement parts, but i was directed to go to the website and fill out a form. When I went to the website, it told me to call the phone number, wow.
Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth $250.

I was completely satisfied with this Gorilla cart until the other day, i noticed what many others have pointed out, its the weld on the handle base, a crack is developing, it has not broken completely yet, but, it will with more time, i will be contacting the company this week to see what if any solutions have been worked on to correct this weak point, all in all i can't imagine doing all the work i did without this cart, other than the weld breaking ( which is a going to be a serious problem when it does ), i would recommend this product with the exception that this issue needs to be addressed, not only for me, But, for other past customers that have had this issue along with possible future customers.

Very well made. Looks and feels very sturdy. Easy to assemble. My only dissatisfaction was that the wheels are locked onto the axles with lock nuts instead of cotter pins. For most users this is great. But I use this cart to carry audio equipment from the truck into a venue for each performance. During inclement weather we need to change the wheels that get wet and dirty outside to clean wheels that will not dirty up the building inside. The lock nuts require a wrench, but the kind of cotter pins we use do not. So, I drilled holes at the ends of the axles so that cotter pins can now be used. (Guess they can't please everybody! It is, even of me, a perfect 10.)

The cart is OK. Already have to replace one wheel because of a bad bearing/hub. The wheels are wobbly from the get go due to plastic wheel spacers that are not up to the task. I have not even been close to a 1200lb weight in the cart...maybe 100lbs of bricks at most. Wish it had a lower center of gravity as on uneven ground even with a small load it wants to tip. The dumping action seems to work well. Seems solidly built so far except for the failed bearing. Will most likely replace plastic spacers with metal washers.

It took about an hour (without rushing) for my friend and me to assemble this cart. You will need metric sockets and wrenches for assembly.
I cut the box open and laid the bed upside down on my wheelbarrow to make it easier to work on. Nicely illustrated and intuitive instructions are included. I'm impressed with the over-all quality and heavy gauge metal used. All the painted surfaces are very consistent and are very good. Yes, the plastic bed cover is a bit thin and flimsy, but no big issue. Just measure up, cut, and install a small piece of 1/4 inch Luan plywood if you really need a better bed cover. Yes, there is an odor from the tires, but that isn't an issue for me. It's very easy to pull with the larger tires - even when moderately loaded. I gave it four stars because it would be better with a longer bed, because the wheelbase is a bit short when you use the dump feature, - a plus with this model. It has a nice system to install and lock the sides in place. You can remove just the rear one, while leaving the other three in place.
This cart is an easy and convenient way for me to move mulch bags, firewood, driveway stone, annual plants, and other materials around my property. The handle can be quickly converted to hitch this cart to a lawn tractor to pull it, but I don't yet own one.
I wanted one of these carts, even though I already own a wheelbarrow, and it's worked out perfectly so far.
I got mine using the "Ship to Store" option.
Home Depot should display and offer these carts in their stores - I'd betcha many other customers would buy one too.

The assembly was what I expected. The wagon preforms as described and some. I like the fencing/webbing as I would call it. I bought a wagon similar to this a few years back and the webbing was much larger making it difficult to use at times. This wagon is much better.
