GREE Multi-21 Zone 36,000 BTU Ductless and the Gree Multi-21 Zone 29,000 BTU Ductless?
Both appear to be able to supply the same amount of BTU's to interior units.

We had the GREE multizone installed in 3 bedrooms (1 unit-3 handlers) in our home in May 2017 and its been great so far :) We live in MO, so the weather changes over night from 90' F to 35' F. The unit heats up the rooms and cools them down quickly. I'm a light sleeper, but I don't even hear them running. You need to know that there are refrigerant and drainage hoses to buy that do not come with the unit. Those cost an additional $500 and the unit must be installed by a licensed ac technician which costed us $2000 (and that was the cheapest). True enough that each room can be on a different temperature, but all must be on the same mode (heat, cooling, fan, auto). Overall, I would recommend these units especially if you have an older home that's hard/impossible to install duct work in.

Works fine when it works
They advertise a warranty, but don't tell you it doesn't apply and there is no support if you install it, NONE. Gree will not help or speak with you. The unit cools and heats as advertised, BUT it has had numerous problems. I have now paid more than the cost of professional installation to fix it while it should still be in warranty. It still has frequent error codes. An annoying point about all these units is that there are frequent disconnects from wifi requiring reset.

System MULTI24HP304 includes a 26,000 BTU outdoor compressor, two 9,000 BTU Vireo wall mount units and one 18,000 BTU Vireo wall mount unit. Each component in the bundle has a different model. Please contact homedepot@twclimate.com for further assistance.

I bought 2 units a year ago.
Both have fried the circuit board. Expensive mess. 1 unit board fried, they replaced under warrenty. (Still cost $500 labor). It lasted a week so they replaced the whole condeser under warrenty. (Another $500 labor). 2nd unit just went out tonight. What an expensive mess
