Great so far!
Finished installing about a week before the Xmas storm 2022. Wind-chill hit -24. Unit is on opposite side of wind direction so not sure of temp at unit but it was dang cold! It never stopped heating!

The product is well built and the install was easy....
The product is well built and the install was easy. Seems to be working well so far. However, I'm giving it a low rating because the the app is horrible. This isn't something you can easily know until after you get everything installed. I specifically wanted to be able to set a schedule and change the temp and modes within the schedule. However the schedule feature only allows on/off and if you use the remote after setting the schedule, it turns off the schedule. How they can mess up such a simple thing for an expensive piece of equipment is just beyond absurd.

The actual mini splits are good but the kit is crap!!! The copper tubing was incorrect. Save your money. Do Not buy the kit. Just buy the system and buy your own extras it will save you more money in the end.

A little more expensive, but very well worth it. This unit is so quiet you can hardly hear it. The unit has so many extras that are great to have. Installation was fairly easy. The wifi is super. You can control the unit from anywhere as long as you have a wifi connection.
