Highlights
- HEAVY DUTY CERAMIC CONSTRUCTION: the thick ceramic construction is one of the key secrets to the juiciness of foods cooked in a kamado vessel. The round shape cooks from every direction, and the thick ceramic walls hold the heat in--circulating it back onto the food. Our ceramics are almost twice as thick as the competition. Our Infinity X2 model has 30 to 50 lbs of extra ceramic compared to other Kamado cookers.
- ROBUST RACK SYSTEM: Our patented Stack & Rack system is a robust cooking system that allows you to configure 50+ cooking setups with its full range of accessories. The Stack & Rack system core is included with Infinity X2 Kamado and includes eight different cooking setups. A $200 value! Create a variety of cooking methods for meats and vegetables.
- DIAL-IT-IN AIRFLOW CONTROLS: Our Dial-It-In airflow system uses the graduated DialTop and DialDoor dampers to quickly control heat and smoke settings. Set the DialDoor precisely to an enumerated setting to adjust airflow to the fire. Increase the setting to add airflow and raise heat levels or damper down the setting to choke the fire to bring down the temperature.
- EXTRA TALL KAMADO: Our taller vessel design allows a stack up to 3 large (18) cooking grills in one grill for a massive total of 760 sq. in. of cooking space. Control the heat anywhere from 200° to 800+ degrees plus, smoke, bake, grill, or sear--all on the grill dome. Smoke low and slow, or cook fast and furious. Extra rack sold separately.
- FEATHERLITE HINGE: Compact and advanced hinge design allows you to lift the lid with just a few fingers, feeling sturdy and consistent every time. The amazing Featherlite Hinge counters the weight of the heavy lid with powerful springs.
- HIGH TEMP GASKET - Maintaining a superior air-tight seal between the lid and the base ensures heat is not leaked out during the cooking process. Our extreme high temp gasket is engineered to last 10X the life of standard industry gaskets and is standard on all Infinity X2 Kamado models.
- NIGHTHAWK GAUGE: Master nighttime cooking with this glow-in-the-dark gauge. Gauge also provides a scannable temperature cooking guide.
- STAINLESS STEEL FOLDING SIDESHELVES: Our premium stainless steel side shelves are an upgrade over the HDPE side shelves found with other kamados on market. Easy to clean and maintain.
- BEACH FRIENDLY HARDWARE: Our hardware is 304 stainless steel, and ceramics don't rust. You have a grill that will last for years to come.
- SMOKE FLAVOR- Add Smoke pucks to add smoke flavor to your favorite meats, veggies, cheeses, breads and more.
- Comes with powder-coated Domemobile stand with locking wheels for ease of transport, grill gripper, and ash tool for easy cleaning.
