Les than a year, and many patches are just lifting up
I followed instructions explicitly, purchased a pressure cleaners just for the job, swept, cleaned and washed. Put on two coats with appropriate coverage as on the label. Well within the extended temperature range. No traffic for the recommended time plus a day. Seemed good through the winter, but as soon as it started warming up again, my grandsons were talking about how it was coming off. Sure enough, it was, and it continues to get worse by the week. Would not recommend.

It's only been a week since doing my driveway. But product was as described easy to put down. My only complaint after applying ! I noticed half of my driveway was a flat black while the other half was shiny.( which looks better and i prefer) And yes i did stir.

Thanks for sharing your 5 STAR experience with Max 10. One thing that can affect sheen is the condition of the driveway. Smoother areas can appear shinier. Applied today. Did about 1000 Sq ft with 5 buckets which is approximately 200 sq per bucket ...
Applied today. Did about 1000 Sq ft with 5 buckets which is approximately 200 sq per bucket with one coat. Dried pretty fast with good black color. Product was good and easy to work with, not much mixing needed.
Broom works better then squeegee but second coat will be needed since my driveway originally is very porous.
Let see how long it will last , that is why only 4 stars
So far I like this product.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes all those crack and imperfections have a higher surface area to cover, so more product is needed at times. You will be happy with the results.

Goes on nice, Cleans up relatively easily. I hope it it lasts a couple years.
Order extra, I didn't get anywhere near the square footage they said it would cover, but my asphalt is pretty coarse and really sucked it up.

I purchased 7 buckets (red lid) that appears to have been old product- very thick gel- like jelly- extremely difficult to mix and use - had to thin to mix and apply. I had to buy more from another Home Depot (black lid) and this time it was easier to mix and apply. I wish I would have taken the first 7 buckets back! Second batch was blacker than first batch when applied. I hope it lasts since it was a great amount of work. I learned a hard lesson about checking for old out of date product!

Mixed all buckets evenly and still come out with different shades after application. Will not purchase again.
