Product Details

This adjustable rubber pipe boot flashing simplifies the replacement of deteriorating flashings around electrical masts on shingle roofing. The Flashing fits pipes with an outside diameter from 1/4 in. to 5-3/8 in. The new split-boot, 1-piece design eliminates the guess work of cutting and sealing standard flashing and the need to unhook power lines saving you time and money. It is easy to install and is backed by a 20-year warranty.

    A:  No. I needed to work the shingles on a warm day so that the shingles could be rolled up.

    A:  I used this retro fit boot for an addition where the new roof barely covered the mast. It worked well even though I had to cut an inch off the front of the flange because it hung over the facia. The included clips were easy to install with a channel lock pliers.

      Used this to repair a damaged mast flashing on a mast with live connections , so was pleased it fitted easily have cut off the old one. Used three roofing nails on the top edge under the singles , and three on the bottom edge over the singles to secure it , then applied some black silicone to seal the mast. All good , but the price over the non-split standard flashings is the only draw back

      It worked. High priced for what you get. $20 to $30 would be fair. 1. Should be sized for pipe dia. 2. Should include fasteners ie; nut & bolt instead of the clips that distort rubber. Banding the top w/ a stainless clamp would guarentee seal around pipe.

        This was really the only choice for a reroof job with an existing electrical mast. Mine looks a lot uglier than the picture because I smothered the seam with silicone. It was easy to cut to size.
