Yes since it is relatively thin gauge it can be bent to any angle, however to make it look nice you would need to make a jig in order to get it to the right angle and for it to remain flat and square. Best bet would be to take it to a sheet metal guy and have him do it but that will cost a few bucks. It can be bent over the edge of a sturdy metal or wood bench as well but getting it to look professional will be a bit of a chore. If finish isn't to concerning, then should be OK to DIY.
Yes this product can be bent.
Yes, just make sure paint is OK for metal applications, but most are.
Yes, if it is exterior paint then it is fine. The flashing is paintable with any paint but will not last long if it is not for exterior.
Yes good paint should stick just fine.

It is designed to be attached using self drilling metal roofing screws, which also have a small rubber o-ring just under the head of the screw to prevent water from leaking through screw hole when attached.
This flashing does not have any pre drilled holes and yes it's installed with roofing nails.
It is designed to be mounted with self drilling sheet metal screws that have a rubber o-ring under the head of the screw to prevent water penetration. The screws come in a myriad of colors to match metal color, and are also available at Home Depot. They come in different lengths so choose the right length depending on what you are screwing into and if the old shingles are still on, and metal is applied over top of it, make sure to use at least a 1/2" longer screw than if there is no shingles, so it can penetrate into the wood below the shingles. Do not over torque the screws during installation or you run the risk of them back out over time due to thermal expansion and contraction that is normal in all roofing applications.
