I read the mixed reviews, took a chance brought it installed. It works perfectly perfect upgrade. If you were on the fence about purchasing this toilet don’t be one of the best buys this year. Going to go back and get four more for my other bathrooms.

Junk, don't bother
They give you little WINGNUTS to attach bowl to floor and the tank to the bowl?!.
There are only 2 bolts/wingnuts connecting the tank and it doesn't sit solid or register onto bowl , it "floats" on a fat rubber cone gasket so it wobbles and flexes like crazy and no way to square it to the wall, it wants to tilt forward a LOT.
If you lean back on tank it will leak....stupidest design I've ever seen in a toilet.

still works after 3 months
So after being in 2 story home for 17 years, I decided to upgrade out toilets. Our 2-story home has two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We really like the new look and 2 stages for flushing. After one of the toilets was removed from upstairs, there was a leak discovered. The rubber flange had started to give away. the others were fine. We did opt for metal ones this time around as they will last a longer time. The new toilets do look and work great. We do like the 2-stage flush and the height versus the standard. great buy for 3 at the Home Depot.

The install was the easy part. But the toilet bowel does NOT fill enough and I found no way to adjust it. Filling the tank is easy, but again, toilet bowel does NOT fill enough.
I would NOT purchase this unit again.

Base is not as pictured
I pirchased two of these toilets four years ago and they are great. Decided to purchase another one for our second home. The base of the toilet on this newer one is totally different than the previous two, different than what’s pictured on the box and what’s pictured online. It’s not what’s advertised. Unfortunately, I returned it before instillation.

Good dual flush; Poor hinge design for seat
Installed in a house that I rent. The 1st unit was broken; Installer showed his frustration when we asked why he has to shut of the main water.
Got it installed quickly; happy with the unit (taller, duel flush, less water); but seat became lose soon; poor design (see the left hinge);open ended cheap, pliable plastic hinge? God made us with two detached legs for flexibility :) But on a hinge that is supposed to hold the seat to the base? spent my own money for a new seat & installed it myself.

The Quality Has Really Gone Down the Toilet!
Let me start by saying that we bought this identical toilet for my kids' bathroom about 5-6 years ago and really loved it. So much so that when it came time to replace the commode in our master bath, we wanted the same one. However, in less than 6 months, the bowl is stained with streaks coming from the jets under the rim and below the waterline at the bottom of the toilet. it looks like an old gas station toilet. When I contacted Hampton Bay, they said it was due to hard water. That doesn't ring true for several reasons. First, our old Kohler toilet that we replaced only had minimal streaks after almost 25 years of service. Second, the identical toilet in the other bathroom doesn't have the streaks after 5 years of service. And lastly, we just had our water tested, and the water is not hard at all. But even if it was, that doesn't answer the question of why this one stained yet the others did not. It is my belief that there is a problem with the glazing. Hampton Bay would do nothing. Fortunately, my local store is willing to let me return it, so I will be swapping this out for a different brand.

This toilet is the crap it should be flushing.
This toilet didn’t last 1 YEAR!!! It’s a useless piece of crap it should be flushing. I will now buy ANY OTHER BRAND BUT glacier bay. Junk!! Waste of time and money!!! Don’t do it!!!
