I purchased two of these over the years; once in 2016, and again in 2018. I love the design in a way that it covers my entire body while showering. There's only three settings which is suitable for somebody like myself. The material is a bit cheap but not in a sense that it's off-putting.
The only reason why I rated it four stars is due to the GPM being lowered from 2.5 to 2.0. The original one from a few years prior had better pressure (MFG 01/2016). When it needed to be replaced (MFG 12/2017), it seems as though the company decided to restrict the flow by 0.5 GPM. I also almost accidentally purchased a 1.8 GPM shower head from my local Home Depot not realizing they vary, even if it's the exact same model number.
I do hope Glacier Bay will go back to making them 2.5 GPM. It's the only product I will use unless they keep reducing the flow rate.
