I purchased the Moen prep series garbage disposal 1/2 HP for the sink drain. Do I need a rubber flange to use in the drain hole

I bought this sink got all that goes with it, now the problem is the magnet will not hold spray nozzle. I don’t know if it’s too heavy or what but I need to know so I can fix this. This is brand new gift need help.

With a dishwasher and a disposal where do you put the air gap pipes. Doesn’t there need to be a hole for that?
Thank you for your confirmation! The air gap is installed on the countertop using the pre-drilled spare hole on our sink. No extra drilling is needed. You will need to buy a tee fitting to connect the drain lines: one side for the garbage disposal, one side for the dishwasher, and the third side to the main drain pipe. This allows both the disposal and dishwasher to drain into the main drain line at the same time. Only one hole is required for the air gap. The garbage disposal does not need any additional holes.
Can the support bar be replaced by a longer one, thus increasing the depth of the faucets resting potion over the sink? The way the faucet sits now, is very close to the back of the sink, causing unwanted wetness on the backsplash. Thank you!

where does garbage grinder overflow go when there is only one hole for this model
Great question! Our sink features a clean, streamlined design without an overflow. This means you only need to install the garbage disposal directly to the drain flange. No overflow connection is required.
