Answer This Question
A: Hi, I used these 16” Bars as ladder rungs to climb up to the loft. Glacier Bay SKU# 249289
I had to select 9 or 16” and chrome or white on the HD website. Have fun with your project.

My mother uses a walker. I have added several of these bars to my mother’s home to help her steady herself.
I found these bars will fit in the space between the main door and the storm door.
I have added one to the face of a solid wood entry door. She has been using the door knob as a hand hold.

Oh what a relief it is to get in and out of the tub
I now feel more comfortable getting in and out of my tub by installing two of the handicap grab bars on each side.

I bought this to use as a grab bar for the garage to house door at my parents house. It is a slimmer profile and fit there perfectly. It's a nice size for them to grab on to and putting it right next to the door casing I was able to screw into the door framework and get a nice secure fit.

Easy install. Just make sure to have rated weight anchors if not mounting on hard surface.
