I feel like the "important people" now! lol
I finally broke down and bought the kind of faucet all of my housekeeping clients have - with a hose attachment for rinsing dishes, the sink or anything else you want. It feels so STURDY and strong, like it's going to last 50 years! I just love this thing!! It's your excuse to do the dishes! You get to play with your new toy! And the price was amazing!

The faucet works as expected, but the arm should extend into the sink another inch or two, now the stream is right on the edge of the sink.

Faucet head pops out of place
The faucet head will not stay in the retracted position after running hot water. When we put the head back into place, it always pops back out. This only happens when we run hot water.
After it cools down, we can usually put it back into place. It's very annoying when it pops out because it tilts the faucet head to the side, causing the water to spray at an angle.

Hose hangs loose
The faucet is pretty good except the hose portion always hangs loose. I've cleared out everything beneath the sink to make sure nothing is getting caught, but when I place it back into position, it always pops out a few seconds later.

Hello Mark. This unit does not have a snap back or magnet feature for retracting the sprayer head back to the correct position. This uses a weight to pull back the sprayer head and hose that is located on the sprayer hose under the sink. With what you are describing, it sounds like the weight is not in the correct position or the weight was not attached to the sprayer hose at all. There is a sticker on the hose to direct you to where the weight should be placed. There could also be something under the sink which is keeping the sprayer hose from moving far enough down. If you check all of that and are still having issues, we suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they would be glad to do some troubleshooting with you as well as provide any parts you may need, free of charge, under the faucet's limited lifetime warranty. They can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
