defected product. I bought 3 of them and it's a total waste.
we bought 3 of this unit and 2 of them were defected/leaking from the main body. just this past Friday July 28 the technician came out to install one of them initially we blamed the installation company and so they came back to remove and reinstall it as there was water right under the toilet after remove and replace parts and ring wax... reinstall it back and flush unfortunately again noticed the mistery water right underneath. they had to remove it again for inspection and notice there is a Mistery little tiny hole right where flushed water looping around the main body.the second one had the same exact issue. I can't explain how exusting, time consuming hard and disappointing it was. our whole Friday, Saturday and Sunday was just about it total lost on the product and more on the installation cost.i am just looking to hear back from the manufacturer since it passed the return period and I also regret to touch them

The toilets work as expected. However one of the lids does not fit as it should. The molded shape is off. Does not fit seamlessly as it should. Maybe that is why it was on sale ?

Love the look, love that it is one piece with sides straight down without little design indents that make other toilets more difficult to clean. This is a great toilet. Easy to clean, looks nice and works great. No complaints. Great design. Recommend!

Great product . Problem is
Where to find seat replacement? No bidet attached work on it.
I bought 3 of this toilet (2 types of single) and now I’m just waiting till the set is broken and.
It looks like once seat is broken you have to dump it.
The shape of the seat is deferent from regular toilet seat available.
