Q:Tastes really bad like plastic, i put several gallons of hot water and distilled vinegar through the machine and it did nothing to stop th eplastic taste, its really bad, and for 200$ i expect to be able to use the machine, how can i fix this issue?

Used product in unopened box
Drove a half hour round trip to but this water cooler as I need it same day. Brought the cooler home box appeared to be unopened, still had nylon straps around the box, still had zip ties around power chord etc… and unit was disgusting leaking and used. Now I have to waste another trip to the store to return this piece of garbage.

piercing valve has broken off after 2months
Had water dispenser for 2 moths and the piercing valve on the collar has already broken off, and there is no way to get a part for it. None of the replacement collars are close to the dimensions that i have come across anywhere.
