Broke after three months
Like everyone else, mine broke on the joint during a shower. Not sure how this is even allowed to be sold at this point.

Broken before first use
Wish I read the reviews before buying. I bought 4 of these shower heads and 2 already broke at the mounting point. Seems many others had same exact problem and manufacturer hasn't addressed this design defect

Awful item
This time was purchased and installed and within Two weeks it had fractured in the middle of a shower at the plastic mounting ring to the supply hardware. This item is cheaply made not durable. DO NOT PURCHASE!! I am reaching out to Glacier Bay for a refund.

After 6 months, this shower head started corroding, the cheap glue that was holding it together started deteriorating and then it split in two.
Fine for a quick fix but don’t bother wasting money if you expect something long term.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I bought this 2 of these and the first one cracked as I attached it to the arm without using any tools. I decided to give it another chance and I returned the broken one and got another one, BIG MISTAKE! It broke possibly due to water pressure as my wife attempted to take a shower, luckily she was able to jump out on time and it hit the shower floor and broke the tile. I had recently remodeled my shower. I brought the broken piece back to HD and filed a complaint for damages per manager's advice and it's been almost a month and I haven't heard anything from anyone. CHEAP PLASTIC AND POORLY MADE!

It nearly landed on top of me while I was taking a shower
A couple of months after purchasing, it snapped off from where the shower-head screws on. I literally screwed it on just snug enough to be secure and then I didn’t touch it anymore after that. It worked great before it randomly snapped and fell off while taking a shower without me even touching it which is why I’m giving it a 2 star rating instead of 1. Until then, it had great water pressure and covered my entire body. Just be aware if you purchase one of how cheaply made this brand is. I can’t recommend a shower-head that broke off and almost fell directly on top of my head. I’m not even sure if there is a warranty from this product but I’m not even going to worry about it and purchase one from a different manufacturer.
