Can I replace the 1.2 GPM aerator with a 2.2 GPM aerator?
Hello Kathy. This unit does not come with a 2.2 GPM aerator that can be changed out with the 1.2 GPM aerator.
I’ve had this for about 2 years and when I turn the water on it blasts the aerator and cap right off the nozzle, is it the cartridge or aerator that’s clogged or what? It shoots off like a bullet

Can this faucet be installed without the deck plate? I would like the handles and faucet to be installed directly into the 4” widespread holes of my sink without it. Is that possible?
Hello mrca. With this Oswell model, the handles and spout cannot be separated from the deck plate assembly. They must be installed together.

Purchased a 24” Glacierbay vanity with drop in bowl. It does not have an overflow.Cannot get it to stop leaking on the bottom side. Will this drain work with no overflow. If not there is nothing on the packaging or instructions.
Hello Glacier Bay Customer. The Drain that comes with this faucet is made for sinks with an overflow. That is why you are having an issue with leaking. You will need to purchase a drain made for sinks with no overflow hole.
How do you remove the aerator for this faucet?
Hello Nick. The aerator for this unit unscrews from the end of the spout. There is no special tool required for removal.
What size 1/2” IPS supply line do I need for this. Favorably if there’s a SKU for easy grab-and-go?
Hello Jalil. We recommend a braided water supply line. There is not a specific one we can recommend since there are different lengths you can purchase depending on what you will need for your application.
