Horrible design
We have owned this toilet less than two years and it will not stop running and we can't find a replacement flap device. Worst design I've ever seen in a tank. Oh and it does get stopped up.

Impressive
Very Impressive. The height takes the pressure off your legs. Quick flush with great force. Just what we need without the return of waste. However, I only had it just 2 weeks so far. We will see what the future holds. Great product.

Terrific toilet value if you like the design!
If you receive your kit complete and undamaged and this toilet satisfies your specifications, then you'll find that the toilet works as advertised. The installation was easy as it can get - hopefully your plumbing and flooring is of good quality as mine was, avoiding costly water damage or additional work installed a new toilet plumbing base. Make sure your toilet is level in both directions. I had to use shims. The installation instructions were good - make sure you read them twice so you don't miss anything important.
The flush is strong, better than the toilet I replaced with had done an adequate job. The flush is pretty quiet as is the fill which is almost silent. Slow-close seat works for me as it is slow and all I have to do it is start closing it a little and it does its thing. No slamming of the seat and top by mistake!
I would definitely buy this toilet again - excellent value and design.

Poor Flushing Power
This toilet flushing design lacks power, it creates a soup of the waste contents and leaves tissue floating, requiring a second flush. For a toilet that aims for water conservation, this is defeating the purpose. The problem is repeated many times. The tank components come pre-assembled and the only thing you need to do is adjust water height so there is not much error on user installation that could be attributing to the lack of performance. I gave it maximum water level in the tank float adjustment and still it does not have the flushing power it claims (7 billiard balls). I installed a second toilet from Glacier Bay for cheaper in a different part of the house and it flushes way better than this 're-engineered' more expensive model. It claims it uses vacuum-assist technology for increased power.

On this model it is critical that the tank is seated properly on the bowl to assure that the vacuum system has a proper seal to maintain the flush efficiency. Super Bowl Everyday

Great Powerful Toilet, you won't be disappointed
Great toilet with excellent powerful flush. Just what we needed for our half bath. Installation was easy and the Bilt app works well. My luck had me looking at it on March 31st when it was listed at $139, then went the next day and it was $159. Still worth every penny of it.

Stop researching- here it is!
After spending two weeks looking at three big box stores and doing a lot of online research, I ending up with this modestly priced toilet. And I am VERY HAPPY that I bought it.
It has a high water level in the bowl, a quiet bit powerful flush, and it was the easiest installation that I have had of 7 or 8 that I have installed to-date.
The only suggestion - don’t use the wax ring. Buy the rubber one in the aisle with the toilet supplies - much less chance of leaking!
This toilet is well thought out and a bargain for the price!

Good toilet, but cheap parts.
Installed this today and one of the floor bolts broke after I had the toilet already in place. Good thing I had a spare set which are much stronger than the ones supplied.
