Bulbs these days are either hospital glare or so dim they don't provide usable light, unless you have multiple bulbs. How many bulb sockets are on this light - and what kind of bulbs can be used?
1 socket and reg bulbs.but the shade does not turn up and is dark so it does not give a lot of light,If you want it for reading I would not recommend it
