This is my first purchase in Home Depot, I am extremely happy with the purchase it's delivered within few days of ordering the item and came in a nice package.This chair is amazing! I installed it all by myself. It comes with all the screws and tools needed. Assembly was very easy and straight forward, if you know how to screw bolts in, you'll be fine. probably took me 15 minutes It helps my neck, back, and head. I love the support of this chair.The neck support is wonderful,It has solid metal base, very high back with amazing head rest and lumbar supported and I love all the settings available.The material seems fairly durable,Tilt lock mechanism feels solid and is nice quality.

While the specs say it is rated up to 300 lbs, it is not wide enough at the hips for a 6’0” 300 lbs man. The chair arms hug the thighs together, preventing “man spread.” Not made for comfort.

I purchased this chair for my home office, and similar to many folks during the pandemic, I worked from home. With my bad back I was looking for a chair with good lumbar support which this chair has. What I don’t like is the head rest which is not comfortable.
