How do you get the brush to move/rotate?

AnswersThe head should unlock to rotate when you press the red button at the brush end of the rod. Mine is not difficult to press in and rotate for your reference.
why I can't get the extendable brush scraper????

AnswersThis is the perfect brush. Handles long reach and short reach situations. The ends detach for that and switch sides even. This is the brush you want.

Really handy
I have not used this one yet but I have an extendable snow brush and ice scraper and I love it for my Explorer. This one is even nicer and I got it for my wife's Chevy Equinox. These are great for snow or frost or ice because with the long extendable handle you can reach the whole windshield from one side of a small car. These are a life saver during winter because of the reach if you have bigger vehicles like we do. This one is really nice because it comes apart so you can use the removable scraper and snow brush in your hand without the long handle. My old one does not have a removable scraper and this is a nice improvement I definitely recommend you get one of these-especially if you have a bigger car, truck or SUV. I hope this review is helpful to you.
