Chatham 10 in. Hard-Anodized Aluminum Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan in Gray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frying pan is amazing. It heats evenly. Nothing has stuck to it. Doesn't scratch easily. I have put this pan through the ringer since I got it. I had recently moved and it was the only frying pan I had. I cook almost everything in it. I'm including a picture of it after just cooking some refried beans with cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Chatham Ceramic Non-Stick Frypan, 10-Inch to replace an old worn out pan that I use mostly for my morning scrambled eggs w/cheese. I am absolutely in love with this pan. It heats up & cooks a little faster than my old pan so I had to adjust my timing a bit. I add VERY little butter & absolutely nothing sticks to the pan! Even when the cheese was in direct contact with the surface of the pan, it didn't stick. This pan seem to be well made having a nice heavy-duty handle so it can also be used in the oven. It's also free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead & Cadmium so I believe they are safer to use than regular Teflon. I've also used it for making grilled cheese sandwiches & they came out nice & evenly toasted. I am very happy with the performance of this pan & highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first piece of cookware I have ever owned from this brand, although I have seen it in stores and wondered what they are all about. The size of the pan is ideal for most of my everyday cooking. The sage color of the inside of the pan is attractive. I have never cooked with ceramic nonstick, but I was surprised with how well it cooked eggs without sticking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fairly reluctant when I ordered the Green Pan by Chatham, but so, so glad that I did. The first time I used it, I seared beef tips to put in the crock-pot for a meal the next night. I only used (maybe) two tablespoons of vegetable oil when searing my beef tips and not one bit stuck to this pan. (See picture.) I simply wiped out the pan with a paper towel after it cooled, then made soft fries shortly thereafter. So far, I've used this pan probably 6 - 8 times and I have not yet had anything stick to it. The pan is not heavy, but not lightweight, either. It appears to be a very durable pan. I really like the handle on the pan, as well. I did read all directions before initially using this pan. The instructions indicate to NOT use a cooking spray in the pan as it could potentially damage the finish. Also, the instructions suggest not to cook on high heat. (I found medium to just a tad above medium works best for what I have cooked thus far.) Both of these instructions, I followed. On the outer packaging, the manufacturer indicates the pan is "dishwasher safe"; however, after you remove the out packaging, the sticker on the inside says to keep clean by washing in warm, soapy water. To be safe, I have only washed mine with warm soapy water. I have been totally pleased with this pan and would definitely recommend it to others considering it for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 10 inch Chatham Ceramic Non-stick Frypan. The cooking surface of the pan is 8 inches which is great for every day use. The pan has a good weight and sits evenly on the stove top. The handle tends to get warm depending on how long the pan sits on the heat. I love that this can go from stove top into the oven or broiler. I have not found anything sticking to the interior of the pan, I always use a little butter or olive oil. The pan cleans up quick and easy by just wiping out the interior with a paper towel and then washing it in hot soapy water with a sponge. The pan is also dishwasher safe but I choose to hand wash my pans. I highly recommend this frying pan.

Best non-stick technology on the market. Very happy with Green Pan on the price/performance matrix. I've had a few so far, they perform extremely well. The non-stick is great, and the pan is really light and easy to handle. All ceramic pans non-stick properties fade over time. That's where the price point comes in. These are a great value, after a few years if you won't feel bad if you need to replace one of your pans. The 10" is a good size, but that just depends on your needs.

Heavy duty material, riveted handle, flat bottom, green and safe non stick ceramic, everything a well designed and thought out pan that anyone would be proud to own. They say you can use any utensil on this surface and I believe them but I do prefer to us my favorite black silicon set when cooking in any of my cookware. It heats evenly and doesn't seem to take as high a flame as some of my pans. Clean up is as simple as a swish with a dish cloth. I only use butter or cooking oil in my pans due to ruining a few other non stick pans and griddles by using the spray coatings. I always buy the best cookware and take care so they will last forever. This one will be one of those.

This is a very good non stick pan. Nice size and weight. Heavy which is great to cook with. With the thick base it heats good evenly. Easy to clean up with a soft sponge. I read the vague instructions which said to heat your butter or oil first before adding in food. This is different from many non stick pans which say you don’t need butter or oil. This is why I gave it a four vs five star rating. A very nice feature is you can use regular utensils. Bottom line is this is a very nice fry pan with a cover!
