As long as the plants are given the proper amount of water, nutrients, and sunlight they should grow properly.

are these stackable so the raised bed would be 20" off the ground ?

I think if you assembled it without screws (doesn’t come with any) and just snapped it together it would be too wobbly. But you might want to connect a piece of wood from the top to bottom of both stacked using the holes already supplied.

These are very quick and easy to put together. The only thing is, they don’t come with any bolts to hold them securely together, though they have holes to do so. I just used small nuts and bolts. They seem sturdy and look nice. I bought four of them for around our patio.

This is my first attempt at raised bed gardening, so I didn't want to invest too much. This planter was inexpensive and incredibly easy to assemble - no tools required. It took 4 large (1.5 cu ft) bags of planting soil to fill. All done in less than 30 minutes.

Flimsy, weird color
We assembled this and put it on the ground temporarily. A slight wind blew the corner open before we came back with the soil. Feels like aluminum rather than galvanized steel. Also, the picture made me think it's was chocolate brown to match my fence. But it has an orange tint, more like caramel color.

We did have to use bolts to help hold it together. Other than that it is perfect. Thinking of getting a couple more for next spring.

Need two people to put these together. One could do it, but having a partner made it a breeze. Will order more when my wooden garden boxes fall apart. These look fantastic!
