AnswersNo. it's just an outside frame. I cut a piece of heavy mil plastic to put under mine (because it is sitting on top of an artificial grass surface). If you wanted to, I suspect you could cut an oversized piece of plastic and mount it to the frame using construction staples, but I just laid mine on top of the plastic, as I intend to knock the unit down and store it at the end of summer.

They were easy to put together, however I had to put a small nail in each corner in order for them to stay together. Love the material they are made of as it should last awhile and you can't beat the price. Would definately buy again.
