A: Manny, Yes, they can be driven into concrete. Link to driver unit to assist. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Unique-Home-Designs-One-Way-Screw-Driver-IDA09200003000/202559952 Thank You, Grisham Bros.
A: Dave, The removal tools are difficult to find, and must be specifically sized to the screw head to work properly, and success is not certain. Another method is to cut a slot into the head of the screw for use with a flat head screwdriver. Someone would need to use an electric hand held grinder with a cutting wheel to establish a modest slot. Thank You, Grisham Bros.
A: You will need a One Way Screw remover, such as this one: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-One-Way-Screw-Remover-Installer-Set-with-Sleeve-3-Piece-AR2016G/205193160
A: Door screws are generally 4" long, where as these are only 3". While they will "fit", they are not secure.
