The Grisham 4 in. one-way screw (4-pack) features a black powder-coated finish for weather durability. For use with all Grisham spearpoint window bar mounting brackets or fastener applications where possible tampering could occur. The non-reversing safety screw design inhibits removal of the fastener.

Q:Will these screws work on a steel metal building? What grade steel are they?

A:  An ocean metal container? What gauge is the wall thickness? I would suggest just using 1/4" inch diameter carriage bolts. Not sure the non-reversing safety screws would have enough to bite into. Thank you, Grisham Bros.

      A:  John, Might be possible with the item in the link provided:https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-One-Way-Screw-Remover-Installer-Set-with-Sleeve-3-Piece-AR2016G/205193160 Otherwise cut off the head of the screws which in turn will leave the stem of the screws and remove with a pair of vice grips.           I purchased these screws for some windows bars I had installed in my home. The screws do not come with the drill bit needed to install them which delayed me. It seems nonsensical to sell screws without the bits needed to install them .
