      Does the job!
The best part of the gutter guard is the inability of leafs to get in your gutter. The holes and spacing are adequate to even push the leafs off of your gutters. There is no build up of leafs or other debris. The holes are small to stop debris but I wish there were more holes during big rainfalls the rain spilled over the guard but at least no leafs. Installing was very easy you can tuck the guard under your roof shingles and then nail the rest into place. Tucks in nicely on my roof

Nice looking, sturdy and all aluminum!
The long, narrow box arrived! Enclosed are twenty gutter guard sections that are about four feet long. These guards are not flimsy at all and made of aluminum. They are shaped slats with grooves and drainage holes and additional holes for the screws to attach the gutter guards to the end of the roof after being slid into the top edge of the gutter. All screws needed for installation are included with an installation guide. After the last of the leaves fall from my enormous maple tree in the backyard I will have the gutters thoroughly cleaned and these guards installed. In the past, I have tried plastic guards which just slide into place but found them to be useless as a section or two would blow off during high winds. I also tried a metal screen type guard with clips which really need to be handled carefully or you could get cut by them. Also not happy with the result using these. These gutter guards seem far superior to any others that I have tried in the past. I am looking forward to having them installed!

Handing Texas super cell downpours just fine - with one update in the valleys.
I have installed 80' fo 5 inch and 80' of 6 inch Gutter Guards. The current effort was with the 5" covers. They guards are made of a good quality solid aluminum. They are easy to bend and form as needed. Search for DrB DIY and see how I performed the install. I have really thick shingles, so I had to bend the 90 degree ends flatter and slide them under the shingles. The shingle installer left to many bulging gaps in the roof drip edges. I would have to unscrew all of them, insert the gutter guard, and screw both back in - too much work. Sliding under the shingles was easier and faster. I did run into a problem. When we finally had a few Texas super cell rain downpours, the valleys draining the roof overflowed the Gutter Guard. There aren't enough holes in the guard to allow fast moving rain to drain into the gutter. I called the MFR and was told these are made for moderate rain areas. I missed that wherever it was published. Not to fear, I just replaced all of the valleys with another product that was much more open. Problem solved. I do like the look of the Gutter Guards much better. But from the ground, I can't see anything anyway, so not a big deal. My six inch gutters are handing the rain just fine. These gutters dump into rain water collection tanks. And now, NO more leaves building up! Finally. I will not miss cleaning out the gutters. When the area dries out, I used a side brush on a stick to knock off any leaves on top of the Gutter Guards. Overall, satisfied with the product. Glad I used them.

      Quality and flexibility
These gutter guards are exceptionally strong, thick and sturdy aluminum. They give you hundreds of drilling holes to both the gutter and the house, and plenty of screws to make firm connections. In my case, I have 5 inch gutters. The covers fit perfectly. The specifics say any gutter 5" or less can be accommodated. The instructions didn't deal with smaller gutters, but there are plenty of places a number is given to call for advice. They do give instructions for making a brake to bend the material. The location I wanted to use these turned out to be flush with the roof with the shingles and underlayment bent right into the gutter. The instructions dealt with this, but I didn't bother since the gutters were perfectly clean as is. I'll install them on my garage, but the gutters need some straightening first. Too many ladders leaning against them. The question and answer section on the HD website said the guards may cause icicles so I'll install one piece and check out how it winters.

Good way to keep leaves and debris out of your gutters
I needed a new gutter guard on some of my gutters since the previous ones had been damaged and where letting too much debris in so the Gutter Guard by Gutterglove 4 ft. L x 5 in. W All-Aluminum looked like a good option. the Gutter Guard by Gutterglove 4 ft. L x 5 in. W All-Aluminum are all aluminum and come with mounting screws, there is no adhesive tap like some gutter mounts. I actually prefer the screws as you can ensure some great contact so the guards do not move. The gutter guards have solid ridges so that should allow the water to not wash out like some guards but go into the gutters. One this that is tricky is the back end if 90degree angle, some really flat roof to gutter areas could be an issue with installation. Being aluminum they are fairly solid but not as solid as stainless steel but you pay more for stainless steel.

      Must have!
These Gutter Guards by Gutterglove measure 4ft x 5 in and are all aluminum. The set includes all the hardware you need to install. This is a must have to keep your gutters clean and functional. My gutters always seem to get little plants growing in them and it is really frustrating. These guards will help to keep the gutters working properly and those annoying growths out.

      NO MORE LADDERS!!
If you are a homeowner with trees around your house...you need these Gutter Guards by Gutterglove. We live in the middle of giant oak trees and keeping my gutters open is a priority. Also, my wife hates to see me on a ladder or roof. These Guards are aluminum and are screwed on the gutter and on the facia board so they make your gutters standup against ladders. All screws and instructions are provided. I must tell you to inspect your gutters before ordering. Why? I found out the hard way that my house has TWO different sized gutters on it! I have never seen this before. Also, make sure your drip-edge is tight against the facia or the guards will overhand the gutter and can't be fastened. I love the design of these, the warranty and the fact that Bob Villa recommends them. You will be glad you got these.

      They work and affordable!
My gutters prolifically compost soil, grow big plants, and attract bird nests every year, right after a full cleaning, therefore my tree-surrounded home is overdue for gutter guards! These 4ft. long aluminum panels are easy to install and quite strong. My gutters were installed incorrectly too high so that there is no space between the gutter top and the roofing, so I had to bend the 90-degree lip that is supposed to sit against the back wall down flat in order to slip it under the shingles instead. I did this by placing a panel on a scrap wood plank and hit the lip with a handy scrap of 2x6. I found that a mallet caused too many ripples. The block flattens it quicker too. I was tempted to butt the panels flush next to each other since they seem to sit tightly together, but the instructions said to overlap them just enough to align their end drainage holes. I just grabbed a small stick to insert through the top hole to ensure the bottom hole was directly below. The overlap is about 3/4 in. Put the panel on the higher slope over the lower panel to minimize the lip. They provide plenty of self-tapping screws to attach them. I’m only using 3 screws on the outside brim which is plenty really. That way I can pull one up to check periodically fairly quickly. I will hire someone to clean and install my 2nd floor but I have no problem doing the ground level myself. Leaves tend to pile up on top of the gutter guards here and there, so it is essential to get a gutter brush and long extension pole to keep them swept off, especially before snow. A quick brush standing on the ground is a lot easier than getting on a tall ladder and cleaning filthy gutters! Recommend!

Great choice for protecting your gutters
The Gutter Guard by Gutterglove 4 ft. Long x 5 in. Wide All-Aluminum Gutter Guard (80 ft. Kit) was delivered by FedEx. The kit included the self-tapping screws for installation and twenty guards. Please wear protective gloves for installation. The hardest part was cleaning out the gutters. I would recommend this product that has a 25 year warrantee.

      Easy to install
Product comes in four-foot lengths, easily trimmed with metal snips or in a pinch, with a pair of gardening clippers. They are relatively easy to install, with the provided screws installed every 12-18 inches first across the back where the gutter attaches to the house and then across the front. If your gutters are like mine they may be a little crushed by a ladder when installing Christmas lights or cleaning them out. If so, you have to improvise by bending the cover or drilling through a place other than the provided holes. It would be nice if the product came in longer lengths to avoid waste.
