About This Product
This Halo LED Remodel Housing may be used with Halo LED Module ML706830, RL's, RA's, ML's, LT's, BLD's also, some SLDs are compatible as well and Halo LED Trims. The Halo LED collection offers the widest selection of performance-designed recessed LED down lights. With Halo the benefits of LED technology are fully realized for general lighting applications. Excellent color rendering and superior optical design with smooth beam distribution. Use the H750RICAT for remodel applications. This item is also Air-tite and saves energy by restricting airflow from living spaces to unconditioned attic or plenum.

Anyone use this with a Phillips Hue Downlighting?
The Halo H995RICAT housing is designed for use with Halo RL4 Series LED modules and features a non-screw-base LED connection. While it is compatible with a variety of 4-inch LED retrofit trims, it is best used with Halo brand models. Using LED modules from other brands, such as Philips Hue, may lead to compatibility issues like "ghosting" or flickering, as the housing is specifically engineered for Halo LED modules.
Will the 4" Halo H1499 trim fit this H995?
Please note that the trims designed for the Halo H1499ICAT housing are not compatible with the H995RICAT housing. The H995RICAT is part of a different housing series and is designed to work with 4" recessed LED trims listed for that model. What bulbs will fit this can
The H750RICAT housing is compatible with Halo LED modules, which typically use integrated LED technology rather than traditional bulbs. Therefore, you would not use a separate bulb with this housing. I am replacing (remodeling) existing can lights with a 6 in. Halo ceiling light, H7RICAT. The new can is not to exact specifications, as there is about a 1/4 in gap on one side of the can and the ceiling opening. The opening is 6 inches.

How does the H2750 compare to the H750? I've seen all the documentation on the Cooper website but no comparison info.
Please note, the Halo housing Model# H750RICAT is a 6” Remodel IC Housing having height of 7" [178mm], while Model# H2750RICAT is a 6” Shallow Remodel IC Housing having height of 5" [127mm]. H2750RICAT will be shallower as compared to H750RICAT.
I will replacing an existing CFL ceiling light on the bottom floor of a two story house. I want to install the can only to replace the old one. The mounting arms are already in place on the joists. Can the can be separated from the new fixture arms?
Please note that the mounting arms of H750RICAT housing cannot be separated.
How may housing of this type can be connected to the same circuit (same switch in the kitchen)? Any limit to the number?
