Cheap and works well
So far this hammer has been great. Holding up well despite heavy use, but the hammer face has gotten marred a bit from all of the hammering that has been done. Still great considering the price.

I used this hammer yesterday to do something my wife asked me to do. She is into this thing called 'Pinterest' which is a site that has a bunch of 'good ideas' for people to do. Unfortunately those good ideas usually mean putting me to work, so I wasn't terribly surprised when I got home from work to find a stack of wine crates sitting in the entry with instructions for me to "break them down so that we could create a wine crate accent wall."  Mission accomplished.Â
This hammer predates that project; however. In fact, I've used it for all sorts of things from roofing to demolition and it has survived all manner of abuse without a loss of its great aesthetic. I originally purchased it a few years ago when I was on my way to some recreational property I own because I wasn't thinking and forgot to bring one of the hammers I already owned. I'm glad I made that mistake because even though I own three hammers and this is the least expensive, it's actually become my favorite. This surprised me because for the price I assumed it was a throw-away tool. I was very, very wrong. This hammer is a great compliment to my toolbox at an incredible deal. Affordably priced, wonderfully designed, and extremely durable all for less than ten dollars.Â
